Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of REEZN. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. REEZN is operated by Humberto Politi ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use REEZN.
The service
REEZN is a tool for managing software features through a structured, AI-assisted review and approval workflow. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You're responsible for the actions of the people you invite into your organization and for assigning their roles appropriately.
Your content
You keep all ownership of the features, definitions, comments, norms, templates, and other content you put into REEZN. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you, including sending the relevant parts to the AI provider your organization configures. You're responsible for having the right to submit the content you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights using REEZN.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or probe, scan, or disrupt the service.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
- Use REEZN to generate or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
AI output
REEZN uses third-party AI models to generate analyses and canvases. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided to assist your judgment, not replace it. You're responsible for reviewing and deciding how to act on anything REEZN generates. We make no warranty as to the correctness, fitness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
Third-party services & API keys
REEZN depends on third-party providers: Google Firebase (hosting and data), Stripe (payments), and your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). When your organization supplies its own AI API key, you're responsible for that key, its costs, and complying with that provider's terms. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.
Plans, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- Free tiers and plan limits may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
Termination
You can stop using REEZN and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
Disclaimers
REEZN is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for REEZN in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use REEZN after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
