If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR gives you specific rights over your personal data. This page explains how REEZN handles those rights. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Controller and roles
For the account data we collect directly (your name, email, and login), Humberto Politi is the data controller. For the content your organization puts into REEZN, your organization is the controller and REEZN acts as a processor, handling that data on your instructions to provide the service.
Legal bases
We process personal data on these bases:
- Contract
- To provide the service you've signed up for and process your subscription.
- Legitimate interests
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve how it works.
- Legal obligation
- To meet accounting, tax, and other legal requirements.
Your rights
- Access: get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct data that's wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data.
- Restriction & objection: limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability: receive your data in a portable, machine-readable form.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the form at humbertopoliti.com. We'll respond within one month. If REEZN is acting as a processor for your organization, we may direct your request to that organization's administrator.
International transfers
REEZN runs on Google Cloud and relies on Stripe and your chosen AI provider, which may process data outside the EEA/UK. These providers rely on recognised transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data when it crosses borders.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of sub-processors to run REEZN: Google Firebase (hosting and data storage), Stripe (payments), and the AI provider your organization configures (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). See the Privacy Policy for what each one handles.
