This policy explains what information REEZN collects, why, and what we do with it. REEZN is operated by Humberto Politi, a solo computer engineer. If anything here is unclear, reach out through the contact form at humbertopoliti.com.

Information we collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and the organization and role you belong to.
Your content: The features, definitions, analyses, canvases, comments, norms, templates, and project and service details you create in REEZN.
Configuration: Settings your organization provides, such as your chosen AI provider and the API key used to call it.
Billing information: Subscription and plan status. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by REEZN.

How we use it

To provide the service: storing your features and running them through the review workflow.
To generate AI analyses and canvases, by sending the relevant content to the AI provider your organization configured.
To authenticate you and enforce your organization's roles and access rules.
To process subscription payments through Stripe.
To contact you about your account or important service changes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Third parties we share data with

REEZN relies on a small number of trusted service providers to operate:

Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and server hosting.
Your AI provider: Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google: receives the feature content needed to generate analyses and canvases.
Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing.
PostHog: Cookieless product analytics (page visits and product usage), hosted in the EU.

Data retention

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. If you delete a feature or other item, it is removed from our database. To close your account and have your data deleted, contact us through the form at humbertopoliti.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form at humbertopoliti.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

REEZN uses only the cookies and local browser storage required to keep you signed in and run the application. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics

REEZN uses privacy-friendly, cookieless product analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to understand which pages get visited and how the product is used, so we can improve it. This analytics does not use cookies or cross-site tracking, and no analytics identifier is persisted on your device between visits. Analytics data is never used to train AI models.

Children

REEZN is a tool for software teams and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you.
